Alvitas airfield was an airfield 135 kilometers west of Vilnius, Lithuania.
The airfield was built by order of the Lithuanian SSR (a state within the Soviet Union) Council of Ministers in the 1975-1985 timeframe. It was used for agricultural activities (crop dusting) by state-run Aeroflot. It consisted of a small runway, taxiways and three parking areas west of the runway. There appear to be no buildings. After Lithuanian independence in 1990 the airfield was abandoned.

No photos of the airfield while in use have been located

From what can be seen in Google Earth the runway is in a deplorable state. A road is running along the runway. Debris is found on the platforms and the runway. It will likely never be used as an airfield again.
