Nociūnai airfield (Lithuanian: Nociūnai aerodromas) was an airfield 95 kilometers northwest of Vilnius.
It was built by order of the Lithuanian SSR (a state within the Soviet Union) Council of Ministers in the 1975-1985 timeframe, featuring a runway, taxiways and two medium sized platforms.
It was probably only used for agricultural activities by state-run Aeroflot. After Lithuanian independence the airfield was abandoned.

Aerial photography of the airfield (Google Earth) suggests the airfield is in terrible shape. Its runway is blocked by large objects. In an aeronautical sense, the airfield is abandoned and therefore officially closed to all traffic.

The airfield was still in a reasonable shape when this photo was shot in April 2005 (Google Earth).

In May 2012, debris could be found all over the airfield (Google Earth).

Next to the debris, even larger objects appeared to have been placed all across the airfield when this photo was shot in April 2014 (Google Earth).
