Pagraužiai airfield was an airfield 90 kilometers north of Vilnius, Lithuania.
The airfield was built by order of the Lithuanian SSR (a state within the Soviet Union) Council of Ministers in the 1975-1985 timeframe.
It was used for agricultural activities by state-run Aeroflot.
It consisted of a small runway, taxiways and three parking areas southwest of the runway.
After Lithuanian independence in 1990 the airfield was abandoned.

From what can be seen in Google Earth the runway is in a fairly good state.
Runway markers and lines were applied at some point, but the airfield appears to be inactive.
Aerial photography shows a single hangar-like building at the airfield.
The airfield is uncertified and therefore officially closed to all traffic.
