Pavermenys airfield (possibly locally known as Šukioniai) was an airfield 100 kilometers northwest of Vilnius.
The airfield was built by order of the Lithuanian SSR (a state within the Soviet Union) Council of Ministers in the 1975-1985 timeframe.
It was used for agricultural activities by state-run Aeroflot. It consisted of a small runway and two small platforms to the west of the runway. After Lithuanian independence the airfield was abandoned.

No photos or maps of the airfield while in use have been located

Aerial photography of the airfield taken between 2000 and 2005 showed the airfield in a reasonable shape. However, photos taken in 2010 (Google Earth) suggest the airfield is in a deteriorating shape, which was confirmed by photos taken in 2012, in which the main platform had all but disappeared. It is abandoned and therefore officially closed to all traffic.
