Airfield Amsterdam Sloterdijk was a small auxiliary airfield on the west side of Amsterdam, which existed just before World War II.
It was located just west of Sloterdijk, roughly in the spot between the junction Basisweg/Coentunnelweg (A-10 motorway) and todays Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station. It was laid out in 1939, and declared completed in August that same year. The total surface area was about 700x500meters.
An overview of available airfields dated 1940 makes no mention of the field, and as far as I can trace it was only used once, when a Fokker D.XXI made an emergency landing at the airfield on 22 November 1939 and nosed over.

Because of heavy urban development in the post-war years nothing remains of this airfield. Interestingly, the city of Amsterdam choose to name  streets in the Amsterdam Sloterdijk area after global international airports.
